Service Cancellations & Refunds

Because we provide services (not physical products), our policy is focused on cancellations and refunds for work that has not yet been delivered.


 

Project-based services

For one-time projects (e.g. website creation, campaigns, audits):

 

  • You can cancel your project at any time by emailing us at info@creatique.agency.

  • If you cancel before we start the work, any fees paid in advance will be refunded in full.

  • If you cancel after the work has started, we will invoice you for the work already completed and refund any remaining amount for work not yet performed. We will always share a clear breakdown of hours/tasks completed.

 


 

Ongoing retainers / monthly services

For ongoing services (e.g. monthly performance marketing, continuous support):

 

  • You can end the collaboration at any time with 30 days’ notice by emailing info@creatique.agency.

  • During the notice period, we will continue to provide the agreed services and invoice them as usual.

  • Any fees paid in advance for periods after the notice period will be refunded.

 


 

Changes & rescheduling

 

If you need to reschedule a planned start date, call or workshop, please let us know as early as possible at info@creatique.agency.

We will always try to accommodate changes and agree on a new timeline that works for both sides.


 

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If you are a consumer in the European Union and you purchase our services online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason, as long as we have not yet started delivering the service.


If you ask us to begin working before the end of this 14-day period, you agree that:

 

  • You may lose your right to withdraw once the service is fully performed, and

  • If you cancel while the service is in progress, we may charge you proportionally for the work already completed.
