Creatique Agency

    1.    General Provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions govern the use of subscription services offered by Creatique Marketing Agency, hereinafter referred to as “Creatique.”

1.2. The subscription services involve providing personalized marketing materials as agreed upon with the Client.

    2.    Scope of Services

2.1. Creatique offers services that include creating and delivering marketing materials tailored to the Client’s needs.

2.2. The specific scope of services is determined individually with the Client and may include content creation, graphics, video materials, etc.

    3.    Subscription Terms

3.1. The subscription is monthly and renews automatically for subsequent monthly periods unless the Client cancels the subscription in accordance with section 5.

3.2. The subscription fee is charged in advance for each month of service.

    4.    Payments

4.1. The Client is obligated to make timely payments for the subscription according to the established pricing.

4.2. Payments are processed using the payment methods available on the Creatique website.

    5.    Subscription Cancellation

5.1. The Client has the right to cancel the subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

5.2. Cancellation should be submitted through the client panel on the website or by contacting customer support.

    6.    Refunds and Complaints

6.1. In the event of non-performance or improper performance of the service by Creatique, the Client has the right to file a complaint.

6.2. Complaints should be submitted via email to: info@creatique.agency. Creatique will review the complaint within 14 days of receipt.

    7.    Data Protection

7.1. Creatique processes the Client’s personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7.2. Detailed information on data processing is available in the Privacy Policy on the Creatique website.

    8.    Final Provisions

8.1. Creatique reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Clients will be informed of any changes at least 14 days in advance.

8.2. Matters not covered by these terms and conditions are governed by Polish law.

8.3. Any disputes arising from the provision of services will be resolved by the competent common courts.
